Mashqoor Ahmad Dar
The Centre Facilitator acts as the primary point of contact between the Smartpur Centre and the community. The role involves supporting residents in accessing government schemes, e-governance services, online applications, and digital services.
I believe a digital centre is successful only when every resident feels confident walking through its doors. By reaching out to people, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right opportunities, we've transformed the Smartpur Centre into a trusted space where technology creates real change for the community." Mashqoor Ahmad Dar's journey from an unemployed M.Phil. graduate to a respected Centre Facilitator reflects the power of perseverance and community service. Through persistent outreach, he transformed a little-known digital centre into a vital resource that connects rural families with government services, financial support, and new opportunities for a better future.
