Vijaylaxmi
Reporting and documentation, Community service provider, Community mobiliser, Bridge between Community and Services, Supporting the " Reach the Last Mile"
My name is Vijaylaxmi, and I belong to Teergaon, Barabanki District, Uttar Pradesh. I believe that learning never stops, and every new responsibility helps us grow. My experience as a Centre Facilitator with REACHA’s Smartpur Project has helped me develop leadership and communication skills. I got the opportunity to organise and support community activities and provide information about digital services, government schemes, education, and livelihood opportunities. Earlier, I sometimes hesitated while speaking in front of people. With regular field interaction, I became more confident and comfortable communicating with community members. My dream is to become a successful and responsible person who can support my family and contribute to society. I will continue learning and working hard to achieve this dream.
