V.SATHYA
Centre Facilitator, KODUVALLI
V. Sathya, a homemaker, started a small xerox centre to support her family's income. Through the Nokia SmartPur Project, facilitated by REACHA, her centre was upgraded into a SmartPur Centre. She received guidance and support to obtain CSC (Common Services Centre) and E-Sevai Mayam IDs, enabling her to provide a wide range of digital and government citizen services. Today, her centre serves the community effectively, and the additional services have significantly increased her income and strengthened her family's livelihood.
