The Centre Facilitator is responsible for the overall operational management of Smartpur Gariend. Key responsibilities include delivering citizen-centric digital and governance services, facilitating access to government welfare programmes, coordinating centre operations, maintaining programme documentation, supporting implementation of developmental initiatives, engaging with community stakeholders, monitoring beneficiary services, and ensuring efficient, transparent, and high-quality service delivery that contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the Smartpur initiative.
Suhail Ashraf Ganie, is 12th pass with a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA), was an unemployed youth from Gariend before becoming associated with the Smartpur Initiative. Recognizing his aptitude, technical skills, and commitment to community service, the Smartpur team identified him as a promising candidate and appointed him as the Centre Facilitator at Smartpur Gariend. In this role, Suhail has been instrumental in delivering digital services, facilitating access to government welfare schemes, assisting citizens with online documentation, and supporting various community development initiatives. His dedication has significantly enhanced the accessibility of essential digital and governance services for the local population. The opportunity provided by Smartpur has transformed Suhail's life by enabling him to secure sustainable employment and achieve financial independence while making a meaningful contribution to the development of his own community.
